My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, especially being close to the French Quarter and local attractions. The rooftop pool is a great spot to relax, but the condition of the room left a lot to be desired with cleanliness and wear and tear issues. The staff were helpful but my service experience varied significantly, and the dining options could use improvement.
